Monochrome Madness on Machrie Moor-which could also be Monochrome Moor? 🙂
This week we were challenged to represent the letters MM in our submission
Please visit Leanne Cole’s weekly Monochrome Madness on her wonderful blog

I added a few stars and a slight topaz glow to this infrared image.
And here are a few glimpses of other beautiful and mysterious places from my travels
Delightful. Your work is so great tempted just to visit and pick out random photos and posts knowing they will be great.

Exceptional work Cybele! You have so softly but effectually edited the first one!
The little distant stars in the night sky and the glow you added, gave it an extra dimension! The Rosslyn chapel is also great 🙂 xxx

That Machrie Moor is fascinating and beautiful. Many moons ago, when I was quite young, I used to dream about places like this. And I have yet to visit! All these pictures are wonderful, Cybele! 🙂

thanks so much Mark- no, these are on Machrie Moor on the isle of Arran. There are five sets in all out on the mysterious moor. It takes a half hour to walk from the road. I wrote a bit about them here and more photos – If you have a chance you must visit. It’s probably not that far from you- on the Firth of Clyde. https://cybeleshineblog.wordpress.com/2014/09/28/ancient-hearts/
