Me back again, waving madly. Don’t ask, as this last while is still surreal. I have nothing, I have everything. This has been a year of personal crisis, slowly readjusting itself. I have given up sorting through the constantly changing puzzle pieces and am now at least for the time, an observer. So with nothing further I will share a few words with these summer images.
oh finally the treacle pot has tipped and we are all drifting slowly as in a dream on the sweet and sticky folds of summer gold. I am so happy to be living next to a forest. With temperatures rising high, my back deck is dappled cool against the mossy rock and with the sounds of the little fountain and Kitaro or Ray Lynch’s Falling in the Garden spilling out in Zen like sync I sit quietly and have my own deep breakfast.
Morning Praise on the hillside
Lavender and Sweet Summer Bees. It’s lovely to see so many of them busy in late afternoon
Dr. Chandra, Will I dream?
But heaven is not a time or place
and I will actually be submitting something to Monochrome Madness next week.
I love your work. These are just gorgeous. And I’m glad you’re back. You may have come back with more than you know; just a thought. 🙂

Change there ultimately will always be with a crisis or two thrown in but in large part most will weather the storms of life. I am glad yours’ has come to a brief lull? I too, once again, am amidst a major life change which will continue for the next months and perhaps will have a lull within it some point in the future. Happy to see your photos and to read what you have shared. Be well and have sweet dreams.

Perhaps you thought of my last name as French. Many do. It is actually a surname from Catalan in Spain where there is a language very much a mix of French and Spanish. Some of my father’s family came from there many, many, many years ago. I am very ethnically diverse but makes life so interesting. Take care.

It does, and yes I looked up your name to find a poet, Salvador Espriu!! Are you related!!? According to dna I also have some Iberian apparently! It turns out I’m a hodgpodge lol inlcuding Norwegian!

Salvador Espriu is most likely a distant relative as the surname of Espriu is a rare one. When my sister visited Spain some years back she brought back some books of his in the Catalan language and saw a street sign with the name. But, really, just like yourself I am a very diverse person. Whoa! Iberian! Now that is something. Lol

How wonderful to see your exquisite images again. Life is indeed strange at present. I think some of us are being stripped of everything that doesn’t resonate with our authentic self. An uncomfortable process to say the least. Particularly when what will fill the void is still unclear. That golden light in your images is strong and healing though.

Man, I haven’t heard Kitaro for many years. Completely forgotten about it. Thanks for reminding me.
Also, nice photos and glad things are going better (if they are going better) or are at least manageable (if they are manageable).

I have learned to tune out the noise and bustle. I formed a protective bubble. I need to get out in the country side to recharge now and then.

yes we all need that peacefulness sometimes though there can be lots of drama there as well- both human and non!! Hawks swoop down and snatch baby rabbits cavorting on the hill. It’s sad, though nature’s way!

When has a child I lay on my back and watched the clouds drift pass. In those clouds I saw faces and shapes and knew like the clouds, life was like them.
The wind of life is never still, remembering that another cloud is following and it is different from that which has just been. It’s not good or bad just another cloud which will pass.
Good to see you posting.
Take care.

Really, what is heaven like if it is not a time or place? It’s the mellow light that baths your heavenly photos and the reflections of your soul and your dreams that take shape and subtle colours just after every dawn and after evening twilight when the soul from its primordial beginnings desires light to rise out of the primal darkness.Did Dr Chandra give you an answer if you’ll dream again?
He might still be hibernating in space … Loving kisses to you Cybele 🙂

‘Heaven Is not a time or place’ …. I love that one. One of my favorite singers, Lana del Rey, says in a song called Video games: ‘Heaven is a place on Earth with you’… maybe Heaven is more a state of mind, associated with feelings and people we cherish … and it is not just a metaphor referring to something sublime… and: extraterrestrial 💥. Heaven is a joyful, happy place on Earth.
I love the post, dear Cybele… good to see you here… love and best wishes 😘⭐️
