Summer Tips for enchanted gardens – from the secret gardener

At the bottom of your garden you must leave  an overgrown place for the wild spirits to come and play.   Dont forget to leave your window open, and  when the moon casts a shadow, listen!  you will hear them singing.

    1. oh my that is a flattering question em. I wish I could say yes but so much of what I do is on a wing and a prayerm, instinct and imagination- I’m not a technician at all and you do need those verbal technical skills to teach. Thanks Em!!

  18. There, that just goes to prove that a peacock’s beauty isn’t just in its colours, but also in its shape.

My nextdoor neighbour was bemoaning the fact she had to clear the bottom of her overgrown garden. I suggested she save the loveliest shaped logs and sticks from a felled tree to construct an artistic feature that the hedgehogs and stag beetles could enjoy. Perhaps I should tell her about the wild spirits, too!

    1. yes indeed! And definitely tell your neighbour!! :)- all wild spirits welcome!!
