A very merry Christmas

—as best we can!! It’s been a challenging and for some a tragic year. It was a hard year for my family and yet Jupiter is about to align with Saturn in a great conjunction of light. I hope this will be a good omen for the New year!! I hope I will be more inspired and get back to more writing.  I hope all of you will be blessed as well and be of good cheer and good will!

my capture of the Solstice or Christmas star

The three magi or wise men were magicians who interpreted the stars and dreams. They knew that the bright star in the sky foretold something momentous and as the story goes they followed it to Bethlehem. No one is sure what that celestial phenomenon was at that time, and yet our whole story is written in the heavens. We are made up of stars.

The Solstice is also upon us, that silent winter dawning that enfolds the earth until the great mother again awakens Persephone. At the same time the light will now linger a bit longer each day. May we all find a peace and comfort in the poetry of the season and may that light nurture the hope within us. – and Let it snow!

As the year ends I’m wishing you all the very best .

Hi little mouse, it was too dark to see the conjunction of planet shine. They do say that there is a Muslim tribe, possibly bedowins with oral tradition that they have been the Kings. It is said they had revelation in their Charts of a bright star which they followed? Read it in a book called ‘Up the Shining Mountain’.
