Hello dear fellow bloggers,
I’ve had to take a bit of a break from blogging while I tend to other things, including work on the new place and a story I’m preparing for a live Halloween reading,- interspersed with bouts of exhaustion! I will post that story soon which is actually an enhanced retelling of an older one.
I did prepare something for Leanne Cole’s Monochrome Madness (3-26)! It’s an image from my Ireland album I converted to monochrome, but I quite like it and then of course tis the season for all things Goth and I do love the gothic touch. More to come!!

Autumnal
My beautiful forest!- poetic renderings!
Very glad you are back 🙂

Lovely pictures, Cybele. I particularly like the one of the sun determined to squeeze its way through the dense base of the pampas grass, however little space it has!

thank you so much Sarah, and I’m loving your Dessication. I’m a bit slow with it because I have to read it online and still behind in everything with the move and all.

The monochrome image is very atmospheric Cybele, but I adore your autumn colours 🙂 The live Halloween reading sounds very exciting, but also very nerve-wracking, good luck with it!

Your autumnal photos are truly magical. As a novice photographer myself, I’m in awe of the way you’ve enhanced the light. I also love the ‘Gothic’ look of Ballinskelligs. It’s perfect for the Halloween season.

Beautiful photographs, Dune, especially the Irish one with the sun breaking through the cloud cover. It looks amazing in monochrome. Take as long as you want for a break because you’ll have more energy when you return that way – although we’ll miss you 🙂
