I will be popping in as time and notebook permit.

Meanwhile here are a few favourite eating establishments and watering holes we will visit.. and a little humour

Dublin’s oldest pub- Bailey’s Cheesecake to die for & Guinness
In the Highlands- best scotch and lamb burgers

PS: that is not a shillelagh Stephen has sticking out the side of the seat but a Hurley stick- might be used to keep unruly passengers in line that have imbibed too much of the Jameson he passes around.

and don’t forget the music! I love traditional as well as Bono etc.
