Because I’m rather fond of Loki’s mischievous daughter I am presenting her in mono for Leanne Cole and Laura Macky and their Monochrome Madness at Leanne Cole’s blog. Make sure you check out this wonderful event on Tues, Aug 12.

Beautiful and mesmerizing photos, dear Cybele… I also liked the audio included here as it perfectly matches the atmosphere of the post…

Loki’s daughter is rather lovely, whether in colour or in monochrome. I love lighthouses and the monochrome really lends an eerie feel to it that triggers my writer’s imagination.

I am not sure of the image’s reference. All I know is that this lady looks like she is from the art noveau movement or lives in the roaring twenties. Wonderfully done!

Yes, I see that now, Lillian Gish or Mary Pickford! 😀 She’s only 13 but a beauty! Thanks so much!

Good one for the MMC – all are good shots. You captured the great light coming through the trees onto the forrest floor.

Mischievous or sinister…..I’m not too sure, but there is something slightly disturbing about that image. Love the light through the trees and the lighthouse shots 😊

ha ha Mark!! Not too wicked or disturbed I hope!!! 😀 Someone else said it looked like an old Hollywood portrait!! I can assure you the girl herself is a delight. However, I have been told that a lot of my stuff has a slightly gothic feel to it.
